The disclosures below apply specifically to charter flights operating to, from, or within the United States.
1. Role of Pickajet
Pickajet Ltd (“Pickajet”) acts solely as an independent aviation advisor and air charter broker, facilitating arrangements between clients (the “Charterers”) and independent third-party aircraft operators (the “Operators”).
Pickajet does not provide air transportation services and does not own, operate, lease, maintain or exercise operational control over any aircraft.
All air transportation services arranged through Pickajet are performed exclusively by appropriately licensed and authorised Operators, who retain sole responsibility for the aircraft, flight crew, maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance and operational control of each flight.
The air transportation services advertised on this website or through any other medium are provided solely by properly authorised direct U.S. air carriers or direct foreign air carriers acting within the scope of their respective operating and economic authorities.
Nothing contained on this website shall constitute an offer to provide air transportation services.
2. Agency Relationship
To the extent that US Regulations 14 CFR Part 295 applies, Pickajet acts as an air charter broker and, where applicable, as the bona fide agent of the Charterer for the purpose of identifying, coordinating and facilitating charter arrangements with Operators.
The Charterer acknowledges that any agreement for air transportation services is entered into directly between the Charterer and the relevant Operator. Pickajet is not the operating air carrier and is never a party to the contract of carriage between the Charterer and the Operator.
3. Electronic Communications
Any disclosures required by applicable law, including any flight-specific disclosures, may be provided electronically, including by email or other electronic means, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Reservation of Rights
Any aircraft availability, pricing information, quotation, itinerary or proposal provided by Pickajet is supplied solely for informational and coordination purposes and does not constitute an offer to provide air transportation services nor an offer to contract.
For the avoidance of doubt, no agreement entered into between Pickajet and the Charterer shall constitute an agreement by Pickajet to provide air transportation services.
All charter arrangements remain subject to aircraft availability, acceptance by the relevant Operator and execution of the applicable charter agreement between the Charterer and the Operator.
