When a client requested a short charter and mentioned travelling with surfboards, our team didn’t just quote the flight, we asked the right questions.

Knowing that most light jets can only accommodate boards under one metre, we advised the client early on about aircraft limitations and potential cargo solutions. We provided multiple options: a midsize jet capable of handling boards up to one metre, larger aircraft that offered full cabin capacity, and cost-effective alternatives if the surfboards were shipped separately.

In the end, the client chose to ship the equipment but not before remarking that, out of three brokers approached, Pickajet was the only one who raised the issue before booking.
