Departure from Malta, Personally Overseen

Story

The charter was arranged at short notice over the weekend for a client travelling with a small team, requiring rapid coordination across multiple parties to secure aircraft availability, crew positioning, and ground handling within a compressed timeframe. On the day of departure, our team was present at Malta Airport to oversee the process in person, from the aircraft’s arrival and preparation on the stand through to boarding and departure.

Being on site allowed direct coordination with the crew, handlers, and airport staff while providing the client with a single point of contact throughout. The result was a smooth departure despite the limited planning window, with every detail confirmed and managed before takeoff.
