Story
Two clients required intercontinental travel from Zurich to New York accompanied by their two dogs, making comfort and continuity a priority throughout the journey. Beyond aircraft selection and routing, particular attention was given to creating an environment that felt calm, familiar, and stress free for both passengers and pets.
Working with a pet approved operator, the cabin setup, temperature, and onboard arrangements were tailored so the dogs could remain comfortably with their owners for the duration of the flight. Catering was customised down to specific dietary preferences, including carefully prepared meals for the dogs, ensuring the experience felt thoughtful rather than improvised.
Ground handling, boarding procedures, and arrival coordination were planned to minimise waiting times and unnecessary disruption. The result was a seamless transatlantic journey where both passengers and their companions travelled in comfort, because for many clients, their pets are part of the family and deserve the same level of care.
